At Sunshine Health, powered by Vigor Nutrition, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please submit a request via our Contact Us page. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorization, if eligible.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
